Built a Flask-based system to track jobs, operations, tooling, and timing on the shop floor.
→ Replaces paper + improves visibility of what’s actually happening in real time.

Tablet Control Dashboard
Centralised control for media, IR devices, tasks, and system status.
→ Designed for daily use with fast, simple interaction.

Media Conversion Pipeline
Automated system that converts and optimises media files while avoiding playback conflicts.
→ Saved 100GB+ storage so far.

Local Network + Automation Tools
Custom DNS, HTTPS, IR control, and service integration using local infrastructure.
→ No cloud lock-in, everything runs in-house.
